We then follow up with an initial return call or email to determine what your business needs, and then schedule an initial consultation in your offices or ours at no charge to learn more about your business, goals and/or requirements so that we can determine the best consultant to handle the scope of work.
We then put together a written Scope of Services outline that memorializes our discussions and becomes the basis for an Exhibit to our Standard Independent Contractor Agreement (ICA).
Once the ICA is signed, the individual consultant begins performing the work for your business on the agreed upon terms and conditions. Payment for services is at the rate you negotiated and is paid directly to the individual consultant.
